Yes he did when he was 12 he was playing with his stepfather Reginald loaded gun listening to music and shot himself on accident while his mother was at work in the chest. he slid with his own blood to the phone and called the police and told them where he lived. when the police arrived they were knocking on the door asking if any one was in there! Lil Wayne couldn't answer. He had thought they had left when he started morning mumbling. Suddenly the police officers kicked down the door and saw Wayne with blood drenched all over his body! He was rushed to the emergency room and put in life support for 2weeks.
