However in the first book, Harry notices that in the mirror of Erised ( which is "Desire spelled backwards, by the way) an old man is there that seems to have Harry's knobbly knees. This could possibly be his grandfather.

Actually Harry Potter Has no Siblings. But his grandparents are not mentioned in the series. He actually sees his Parents in the Mirror of Erised. (Lily and James Potter)
