yes, but he has them at different times. he has the cloak already, and he has the ressurection stone but he drops it in the forbidden forest, and he gets the elder wand at the end of the book but he puts it back in dumbledore's tomb

The invisability cloak had been in his family for generation and it was given to him by Dumbledore who had it at the time of James Potter's death. He was also given the resurrection stone by Dumbledore who left it to Harry inside the very first snitch he ever caught. Harry became the master of the elder wand when he over powered the previous master - Draco Malfoy.
