Per her autobiography, motherhood was her greatest dream (she even had a name picked out for her first daughter- Lily!)...one that she and her second husband, Gene Wilder, tried hard to make a reality (an arduous journey that included surgery to clear Radner's blocked fallopian tubes and in vitro fertilization). Radner ultimately conceived twice- only to lose the pregnancy in the very early stages both times. Though doctors were never able to determine a cause for the miscarriages, it was likely the disease that Gilda was diagnosed with just a year after her second loss (which occurred in the summer of 1985, while she and Wilder were filming Haunted Honeymoon)- and that claimed her own life just three years after that- ovarian cancer.

As an interesting aside, there are rumors that Radner had a son with her first husband, G.E. Smith, but her aforementioned fertility issues among other things (including the fact that she never appeared pregnant during her two-year marriage to Smith and was battling bulimia at the time), make that extremely unlikely to be true!

Considering she never HAD a son (or a daughter, for that matter!) in the first place, no.
