Did Aria's parents find out about her relationship with Ezra Fitz?

No, not everyone. The police catch them because a sent saun a text and he went to the police, but want to keep it quiet, so unless Aria wants to press charges, which she doesnt everything is fine. In the end Ezra gets fired and moves, he tells Aria to call him in two years when she is older.

In the book, Sean catches Aria and Ezra making love. Sean tells the cops and Ezra moved away forever and for good. BUT we all know the show will change this because alot of viewers are hoping for Ezria to end up together. My guess is, on the show, Aria will come of age and they will be together. People around them will be disappointed, especially Aria's parents and many problems will arise, only make their love stronger. I personally like their drama cause it makes their relationship more intense and real. I love PLL :)

Improvement:

In the season Finale, Ezra quits his job, so aria and him can legally date, he says, quote, 'Aria, I'm not going to be your teacher anymore, we can grab a cup of coffee, go to a reading, we can live outside my apartment' he then says, 'I'm attending the faculty mixer at your place tonight' which aria adds 'I'll give you the tour, I'll show you my room!' ;)

He probably wont because he's a jerk. He probably isn't in real life but I can't say anything about him because I don't know him. But Aria and Ezra have a close relationship with a few bumps. One example is when she found A LOT of money in Ezra's sock drawer. Sorry for saying that if you haven't seen it already. But I think they will be in love until they end the show. Which I hope that NEVER happens. But your question can't really be answered because they haven't gotten to the end yet.

Yes. In the tv show aria and Ezra told her parents but in the books aria's dad heard people talking about it in Hollis and he told aria's mom. But Ezra had already left when they found out.
