In videos like More Than A Woman and Are You That Somebody she DID have hair extensions, hence the hairstyles she wore for those videos. She also wore some hair extensions in her last movie 'Queen Of The Damned.'

In her other music videos (except for More Than A Woman and Are You That Somebody) that was her real hair.
