As a parent, you carry the responsibility of deciding what is ok for child to watch, what YOU find inappropriate. Its at your discretion.
If you meant to ask "can you bring your 8 year old child to a movie theater showing at PG-13 movie", then yes... an 8 year old is allowed into a theater showing a PG-13 movie.
Please keep in mind that the P in PG stands for Parental, and the G stands for Guidance. A movie about pre-marital teen-aged sexual experimentation (for example) may merit some Parental Guidance. This goes for a child of any age, and also for the parents themselves.
Well if you dont mind them watching a movie with a few swear words nothing to strong will be in a PG-13 movie. And they may be sex in it but it wont be to grafic. And mabey a bit of violence but if you want to watch the movie first to check it first then i would do that.
A twelve year old can watch a movie made for those 15 years and older if they are with an adult. A person should also check with the particular cinema for their specific rules and regulations.

The rating for Angel Beats is PG-13, so if there is parental supervision , the eight year old can watch angel beats.
the movie is a kind of freaky and scary, so i'd recommend not to its beter to watch it on the computer so you could fast forward the scary parts cause like it is a REALLY good movie but yah there are some parts that arent appropriet for 4 year olds
Yes.
I dont think your child should watch pg13 but he or he could watch or play pg look for reasons why the game is rated pg13 then decide from there depending on the childs level of maturity and he or shes inviorment.
yes a ten year old can watch it only with an adult.
not that i know of.... why is there pg13... if a 13 year old can't watch it, why should anyone
New moon is originally PG13 but i took my nine year old daughter to the movie and she wasn't scared. I think they went a little drastic when it came to New Moon's rating.
you have to be older than a seven like a 9 year old rating hoped this helped :)watch it herehttp://www.movie2k.to/Wild-Child-watch-movie-36268.html

pg games? PG is a movie rating. pg13 but if that's different in your country or something then go for it.
"M" is not an MPAA rating. It's a parental advisory rating, so it's ultimately up to the parents whether to allow the child to watch such a movie or not. I personally would suggest "not".
It depends on the movie. Some horror movies are really scary but only rated pg13 and some horror movies that aren't really scary are rated R. And if it is a movie that's not horror, then you probably can watch it. Make sure to ask your parent(s) of you think it will be too scary or inappropriate. I hope this helps (:
The father of the child being born really should watch his child's birth.
yes. your daughter can watch it but it is important that you watch it with them because there might be some things that you dont want your child to see in the movie.it depends on what you the parent thinks.
