The reason he isn't credited is because he was doing another movie called The Stand at the same time. But Chris Farley really wanted him for the part of "Paul", so Rob did it as a favor to him. In order to be in the movie, he had to be uncredited. He did it as a favor to Chris. His contract with "The Stand" said he couldn't do another movie at the same time, citing a conflict of interest.
