I suppose if you took a Pavlov's dogs approach and smoked a cigarette every time you heard a specific song, you might come to a point at which smoking a cigarette gives you an unwavering desire to hear that song. But I think it's a bit of a long shot under every day circumstances.

Not really, but it could be a "catchy" tune that you keep listening to or singing. Also, music can get you to do different things. Such as depressing music make you feel sad, or upbeat music making you feel happy.

Not in the clinical sense, although it produces pleasurable changes in brain chemistry and can easily be a distraction from life in general.
The main issue here is whether listening to music is causing problems in your life, but still you continue to do so. If that is the case, then it would be a good idea to take a careful look at your behavior and motivation.
