The chances of soda being bottled in such a way that it did not rot after 20 years are very slim. Even if it didn't, chances are that something toxic from either a metal bottle cap, a metal can, or a plastic bottle will have leached or dissolved into the soda. Even if that didn't happen, it would be completely flat. So the question isn't can you drink a 20 year old soda, but should you.

Short answer, no. It could possibly be safe, but not likely.
