Short of some type of cloning like that depicted in the movie Jurassic Park, there will not be a chance to test this situation. There are no dinosaurs right now and there are almost none of the weapons called 'bazookas'. If the charge in a round from a bazooka exploded against a Tyrannosaur it might kill it. The round was intended to stop a military tank, which is armored, and Tyrannosaurs were big, but had no armor.
