I believe it is dependent apon the country in which you live. Laws are different all over the world. In some third world countries a female is 'legal' at a very young age, but in some more progressive countries - the legal age is between 16 and 18 I believe. It also begs the question - what 'rights' are you refering too? Rights with your partner in the relationship itself? - or rights in the eyes of those around you? If you are refering to the relationship - you have as many rights as anyone else regardless of age or creed.

Normally, the legal age of consent is at age 16. There are no laws against dating but there are laws in against engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor. Though the usual age difference is up to 3 or 4 years, it would be wise not to engage in any sexual activity until the 15 years old reaches the age of 16 to avoid the possibility of statutory rape becoming an issue.
