Rummel feels that the truth, about how Bob Potchen has been screwing customers out of money with PTI, and now The Cell, Inc., should be shouted far and wide. The facts of The Cell's poor performance are indisputable.

Bob Potchen has recently made the announcement that the metal used in his cells was from China, and is less than perfect. Bob Potchen doesn't have a system on the market that can be made to work properly. He was kicked out of China because he was unable to get his cell system working during a lab test for the Chinese government. If successful, they would have funded him and set him up with mass manufacturing in China. He and his products failed to perform.

Potchen told us "We sold a number of reject Cells on Ebay so we could recoup some of our losses. All 4230+ reject cells were sold at a fraction of our normal price. They were worthless to us. The plastic would dissolve in short order when exposed to the heat and solution, and plate quality was horrible. They would not last more than a few months in even light duty service."
