Spongebob was born a long time ago in the seas of Bikini Bottom. His mum was called Sponge and his dad was called Bob. That's where he got his name: Spongebob! He has approximately 17 holes in his body (nobody has ever got close enough to count them yet). He moved out of his mum and dad's house when he was a teenager. He moved into his own house, a pineapple. This happened when the palm tree on the island on top of the sea shook and dropped a pineapple into the sea. Spongebob started to live in it and soon got hired at the Krusty Krab as a fry cook for his willing personality. His best friend is Patrick Star and his boss is Mr. Krabs. That is all the information we have managed to gather for now, but we will keep you updated!
