I don't think so. It was just something to do during the writers strike...
as much as I would like to see more Dr. Horrible, I think it's over.

Nathan Fillion has also said that he knows the title of the sequel, but is unwilling to reveal it at this time.
Still, If they were to make a sequel, Whedon said that it wouldn't be in the near future.
