There are people from Kumogakure (village hidden in the clouds) who are black, but their only seen in the manga, their skin tone is dark, and Killer Bee, the eight-tailed jinchuriki is black, showing intrest in rapping. These parts of the manga is far away from the anime so it will take a while before they show up. (Eng dub watchers are far away from it.)

And even in the show, Sakura wasn’t disgusted that a boy kissed a boy, she was disgusted that she wasn’t Sasuke’s first kiss. They aren’t homophobic in the show so i don’t know why you think it’s okay to be homophobic in favor of the show.
