They do have a very, very small connection. Sirius Black mentioned in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix that Molly Wesley is his 2nd cousin twice removed, and that his cousin is Narcissa Malfoy (maiden name, Black). So Ron Weasley is related to Molly, who is related to Sirius, who is related to Narcissa, who is related to Draco Malfoy. Sirius also told Harry Potter that all of the pure-blood families are inter-related, and that wizards would have died out if they hadn't married muggles. In short, Ronald Weasley and Draco Malfoy are related because Ron's paternal great-great-grandfather and Draco's maternal great-great-great-great grandfather is Phineas Nigellus Black, so they are very distant cousins through their ancestor, Phineas.

Yes. All pure-bloods are related in some way or another.

Ron's grandmother, is Cedrella Black (who was married to Septimus Weasley - Arthur's father), who is Sirius' great aunt. Sirius is cousins with Bellatrix and Narcissa who are Draco's aunt and mother.

* Please note JK Rowling has never confirmed that Septimus and Cedrella were Ron's grandparents but it is likely and they are still related to him.

Well, as the Potter's are a pureblood family, and all the purebloods are somewhat related, yes. We are not sure how close they are related.

Harry Potter is also related to Hogwarts_founders.

To further confuse you here is the exact relation:

Harry Potter's -wife's- mother's -2nd twice removed cousin's- cousin's -son is Draco Malfoy.

So Harry Potter is married to Ginny Weasley who is related to Molly Weasley, who is related to Sirius Black, who is related to Narcissa Malfoy (née Black), who is related to Draco.

They are a married couple. Other than their children and in-laws they don't share any relatives.

Ron Weasley and Ginny Wealsey are brother and sister. Ron is married to Hermione and Ginny to Harry which makes Harry and Hermione siblings-in-law.

They'll be very distantly related, all pure-blood families are and Tom Riddle's mother was a pure-blood. They're probably distant cousins of some sort.
