I have watched a biography about Dean Martin on the biography channel and there is no talk of Dean Martin and Al Martino being related! in fact,, Al martino wasn`t even mentioned. BUT and this is a big but!!!! my mum went to see al martino on the Liverpool empire theatre in Liverpool when she was a teen...my mums older sister used to get to know famous people via the stage door and talk briefly.. and the question was asked to al martino are you the brother of,, ray martin or dean martin? al martino replied just the iddiot dean.

Nope. Dean Martin was American; Chris Martin is British. And, actually, Dean Martin wasn't born Dean Martin, but Dino Paul Crocetti. (His parents were Italian.)
