i think mechatronics is better than automobile. mechatronics is better because it is a combination of electronics and mechanical. since our era has become : operating everything electronically and if u r interested in mechanical field it is better to choose mechatronics, it gives u wider scope. there is nothing now which is not automated or electronicalised, but nothing can replace the basic science of mechanical. so by choosing mechatronics u compliment ur mechanical skills with electronics. dont think that cars and bikes r interesting if u have not gone into the mechanical field. there is more to just automobiles in mechanical field.
