Reliability and heat were the main problems. Valves were fragile devices that, due to the relatively primitive way they were manufactured, failed pretty quickly. In addition to that, they gave off vast amounts of heat. This meant they needed expensive air-conditioning systems to keep their temperature down.
The main problem with valves is their reliability. A secondary problem is the sheer size. Not only are transistors far more reliable, they are very much smaller by several orders of magnitude. To get some idea of the scale, the valve equivalent of a 32 GB iPhone would be bigger than the average family house and would, therefore, be anything but portable.

I fixed the problem by deleted the program 'Spyware Doctor' using the add or remove program Icon in Control Panel. Once I rebooted the computer, the problem was gone.
Electro pneumatic valves are mechanical valves but operated through pneumatic using suitable solenoid coils.
It's possible, but most likely it's written in a language similar to assembler. Problem is not to write software, problem is to compile in the code which can be understood by your car computer. Thus it's about compiler, not about the language you are using.
Answer I read your question and tried it on my computer, nothing happened, perhaps there is something wrong with your computer in the programming section. If this isn't a problem for you just leave it, but if it's a problem take your computer to a computer store and ask them what the problem could be.
using valves
The Colossus computer worked using one to two thousand thermionic valves.

The answer is yes. If you have adequate bandwidth, between 1Mbps and 3Mbps you will have no problem using your computer's Internet connection. If you are just doing things offline, there will be no problem either.
Valves, as used in an old wireless/radio, is not used in modern computers.

Valves will clatter if the engine is overheating.Valves will clatter if the engine is overheating.
Probably rate of burnout and heat. But this was common to all vacuum tube computers, not just Colossus.
no, the valves are self adjusting using hydraulic lash adjusters.
discrete transistors
they were huge and you needed loads
