The GameCube version was almost certainly programmed using a proprietary version of C++ that Nintendo developed for the GameCube, while the Microsoft Windows version was most likely written in Windows C++ using DirectX for the hardware abstraction. Regrettably, these are only conjectures, as I cannot obtain a copy of either software, and have only information I can glean from the internet.
