For a username, just get the username from the standard input using scanf and check whether this username matches with the username stored. If it doesn't match, then the username is wrong. For a password, get each character using getch(). Print a * for each character obtained. Now check this password with the stored password. If these don't match, then the password is wrong.
A username is for two things, first it knows which email or person you are, because some people have the same password, second off, like in Roblox, your username is the name of your character/ robloxian.

Why not and how can i do anything that is not precise but not bad? But if you have a new enough browser you can save your username and password on a site that if you type 1 or more letters or numbers of your username you see your username in a box click on it and you the browser enters your username and password. Do it on both sites because you view on the site where you don't saved it still the username and you can click on it but there is no password viewed. How do i save it? If you enter your username and password on a site log in and you view a box that ask if you want to save your username and password. Select yes. Do it with both sites with the same password and username. This is not precise but it can too. Not correct? If this is not good for what you want to do i don't know anything else sorry. ______________________________________________________________________
Username/ password
The most common form of authentication used is username and password authentication. Users are required to enter a unique username and a corresponding password to access their accounts or systems.
For most websites, you need a unique username and a password.
There are a variety of processes through which this can be done. The most common is registering, where the future users themselves provide their account details. This is the most common method on public access computers, such as websites. The second method is to request an account from someone authorized to do so, or have one issued to you when you join an organization. This is the method most common for private computers and restricted access systems, such as in a business, university, or the military. The third method is to have a precreated username and password and obtain it from a public pool, such as by purchasing a card or certificate from a store.
No, the word 'username' is a compound noun, a singular, common abstract noun.A collective noun is a word used to group like people or things; for example a collective noun for 'username' could be: a list of usernames.
