The fuel-oil mixture ratio for all Echo products is 50:1, or 1 gallon of GAS to 2.6oz of 2-stroke oil
The manufacture recommends a 20:1 ratio, 1 gal gas and 6.4 floz oil or if you use the special Echo oil a 32:1 ratio, 1 gal gas and 4 floz oil.
Most 2-cycle engines can run on a 50:1 gas/oil mix. Personally, I run all my commercial equipment at 32:1 ratio. Make sure you are using 2-cycle engine oil and read the proper ratio for mixing on the container. Walmart sells a small 16 oz. bottle for $2 that makes 4 gallons (8 oz. per 2 gals.) @ 32:1 ratio. The mixture guidlines are on the back of the bottle.
hacksaw :P
All fossil fuel, and biodeisel engines are internal combustion engines. Internal combustion engines are engines that requier a propellant (Gas, diesel etc..). The fuel gets injected into the engine and mixes with air, the mixture gets injected into a cylinder, a piston compresses the mixture and then a small spark from a spark plug ignites the mixture. this lets the engine drive a shaft that can be connected to a number of things, tires, lawnmower blades, what ever.Airplanes, lawnmowers, chain saws, weed eaters, four wheelers, dirtbikes, cars, trucks etc.. all these are ICE's
Legalize weed please!
to prevent plants use weed killer. to prevent insects like spiders put poison or insect killers.
A vast number of plants clone themselves naturally. The ability goes back hundreds of millions of years.
50:1
50:1 2.6 ounces per gallon
Yes it is.
THE ONE IK HAVE RUNS AT A 32:1 fuel/oil mixture
the correct name is weed whacker, weed eater is only used by people down south...the more common name is weed whacker because it is the tools name whereas weed eater is only a brand name and not the official name of the tool
The air mixture screw does that.
3.2 ounces per gallon
50:1 as recommended by the manufacturer
i bought a weed eater used so i dont have the manual and the last owner told me that the trimmer doesnt need the mix of gas and oil i wanna know if that is right? thank you for the help...
If this is in fact an Echo SRM 210, then a manual is linked below.
The carburetor on a Weed Eater Featherlite SST25 is adjusted by turning the screws on the side of the carburetor. They control the idle mixture and idle speed of the engine.
The gap is 0.025 inches.
