Yes, it`s a type of computer . Because basically computer does what it is programmed to do so does the watch . It ticks systematically . You just can`t interrupt it`s programming it just keeps on ticking in the form of 1`s and 0`s till whole 24 hours are completed and then it starts all over again. I personally think that it resembles a computer.
