Expert Rating Certifications is an online testing company. They are used by many notable companies to test employee skills in a particular acumen. The testing process take about 40 minutes depending area you are testing for. There are typically about 40 multiple choice questions to test your skill in the subject matter. The test are by no means easy so it is quite comprehensive in determing expertise of the person taking the test. Typically you must pass with a 50 % score to be certified. Your score is kept online or can be emailed to the employer for verfiication. Aftyer receivng a passing score you are sent an impressive certificate. I would recommend this for people who have little time but a great knowledge of the subject they are testing for.
