Walt Disney denied any accusations to him inserting these references into his films and still to this day it is not known whether it was Disney himself or staff members working under Disney.
If you were to assume that it was Disney that in fact inserted the sexual references in the films it still would not make him a pedophile, just simply perverted. There are no reports or evidence showing Disney sought after or enjoyed sexual contact with children, therefore he was not a pedophile.
