Generally, the age that a vampire lives to varies depending on certain factors within the specific vampire's life. For example, vampires that drink human blood on a regular basis are more likely to live a long, fulfilled life. But if a vampire drinks animal blood or, blood supplies that aren't fresh from a human, then this could dramatically shorten its life.

Vampires are prone to numerous diseases, including those from their victims.

So, vampires' lifespans vary, much like a human's, with no definite length. The vampires existing today are not more than 700 or 800 years old.

(Note) Since human vampires are fictional creations, the actual lifespan can be as long as the author decides. However, as "living dead" creatures, vampires are usually depicted as immortal, or living at least a few centuries.
