Here, heroin had a past love and he died. So after she got married she accidently saw some of her photos with Arash(her past lover who died). It reminded her about the times they spend together. Then, she is not able to control the stress, so she goes to dumb all those photos to a distant place. On the way she remembers when she got in an accident and Arash was near her, afterwards we could find out that Arash gave her an organ from his body, but he dies.... Actually the broken angel is Arash.....
