Once you have the folder of photos loaded in FastStone that you want to shuffle press F7 to shuffle them (keep pressing to get them in an order you like). Once you have that in place select all photos and press F2 to rename them. It will rename them in a new order 1,2,3 etc but maintain the random order that you have "shuffled" to. Click rename at the bottom of the pop up window to finalize. Then you can import that folder into your movie maker. Good luck.
