∙ 11y agoThere are many things you can do to help encourage managers to participate in transfer of training. One way is to help your manager see the benefits (more efficient, happier work force). Also, including this as a typical part of the training process. For example, it can become a routine part of company policy that after a manager attends a training seminar they find some way to pass the information on, whether it be via email, powerpoint, or meeting presentation.
