As this is a question with no historical evidence, there are several acceptable answers to this question.

Werewolf Victory

A werewolf would win because of its super strength, agility, speed, and stamina. Look at the movies Underworld, Twilight, and Van Helsing. They all include a werewolf whooping a vampire's ass.

Vampire Victory

The strength of a werewolf is entirely dependent on the lunar cycle. Within 2-3 days of the change to being a werewolf (both prior and post) and during the "wolf" period, the werewolf is significantly stronger than the vampire and this seems to to be corroborated by most vampire and werewolf sources. However, this period of strength lasts for around one week per month. During the remainder of the period, the werewolf is reduced to the strength and fortitude of a normal human, ages like a normal human, and can be wounded like a normal human. The vampire, by contrast is continuously in a state of physical prowess, provided he is well-fed, moving more quickly than a normal human, having better reflexes than a normal human, and being more sensitive (stronger sense of smell, sight, etc.) than a normal human. Therefore the contest between the vampire and werewolf, should by the power of odds, be resolved nearly 80% of the time in the vampire's favor and only 20% of the time in werewolf's favor.

It would depend on the specific abilities and strengths of the dragon and vampire in question. In general, dragons are known for their immense size and strength, while vampires possess supernatural speed and agility. Ultimately, the outcome of the battle would be unpredictable and could vary greatly depending on the circumstances.

Since vampires and werewolves are both mythical creatures, there really isn't any objectively true, or scientifically valid answer to this question, however, if you are familiar with the existing works of fiction dealing with these creatures, you can get some kind of idea of how this might work out in a work of fiction. My favorite vampire and werewolf entertainment is in the TV series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" which had both vampires and werewolves. I recommend watching all seven seasons (and the spin-off series "Angel" as well). In that particular version of the mythology, vampires on the whole seem to be much more formidable. They cause much more trouble, are harder to defeat, and play a more decisive role in general. The same is not true in the "Eclipse" series, but I prefer Buffy. Or consider the movie "Van Helsing" which also features both vampires and werewolves. The vampires are dominant. Vampires are generally thought to be powerful and demonic creatures of evil, whereas werewolves tend to be merely victims of the curse of the werewolf. So everything considered, I pick the vampire to win.

i think it would be a pack of werewolves because there are usually about 25 werewolves in a pack with at least 1 alpha male while a cullen which i dont know much about would lose unless it is the size of Godzilla and had extremely tough skin or scales with some high tech equipment.

In legends the vampire was a pasty skinned, maldeformed human with elognated fingers ending in hardened fingernail claws and two pronounced canine teeth, and the strength equivalent to ten men and speed equal to running horse.

A dragon in legend was a scale armored gigantic winged lizard, with claws and teeth strong enough to rend steel and even though its size was massive it was rumored to have the speed of a striking cobra.

In terms of weaknesses the legendary vampire had weaknesses to garlic, holy water and holy symbols, running water, holy places, was unable to enter other peoples residence without permisson and sunlight.

The only known weakness of a dragon was a steel tipped ballista bolt, of course this would also destroy a vampire so the point is moot.

in special powers the vampire was able to summon and command rats, bats, wolves and various undead, had the ability to transform into a large bat or fog, and the ability to control weak minds.

The dragons special abilities were flight, super enhanced senses (espically sight and smell), extreme mind control ( for anyone who looked into the eyes of a dragon would be lost, in their sight) and of course an extreme breath weapon capable of melting steel and stone.

Overall in any situation the dragon would destroy a vampire, even if the fight included an army of vampires the dragons breath weapon would obliterate the vampires, yes even if the vampires turned to mist (mist is nothing more then water in the air, which would evaporate), the dragons were supierior flyers and their armor would defeat any attacks.

Now all this information pertains to legendary vampires, the modern vampires presented in movies are no longer vampires, as they are now more closer to a certain son of krypton then they are to true vampires, even so they would still lose to the dragon, as they are still not immune to the fire attack of the dragon.

but that will most likely change with the next twilight movie.
