What is the difference between udupi mallige and mangalore mallige?

They almost look similar, people lilke me when we buy would not stress on varieties of this, anything would do, Infact lot of them are not aware of this for sure, but to list: 1. Mangalur mallige buds are longer compared to Udupi mallige. 2. Mangalur mallige is more expensive than Udupi mallige. 3. Mangalur mallige is more fragrant than Udupi mallige. 4. You can also differentiate by the way they are stacked while selling, Udupi mallige is usually sold in atte which has 4 chendu ( nine inch long strip folded in six layers) whereas mangalur mallige is sold in terms of saack ( 12 rounds).
