What I believe you are asking about is a plush toy made by Carousel (by guy) called a Beeple. It's a stuffed plush toy that looks very much like a tan abominable snowman type with tiny eyes and nose. Its nose lights up with light/motion and it makes a series of beeping noises that are almost like the noises that Chubbles make.
