Just double the miles per hour you go. If you're going to use primarily the highway, for example, and the speed limit is 70 miles per hour, that would equal 140 miles per 2 hours. It's hard to distinguish anywhere beyond that estimate, because obviously you're probably going to have to drive at least a couple miles to get to the highway, and that doesn't include traffic or pit stops, all of which would decrease the number of miles you'll drive in an hour.
