Front wheel bearings are pressed in using a hydraulic press, no torque setting. However, the wheel hub retaining/axle nut that you need to remove and replace in order to change out the bearing needs to be torqued down to 233 ft-lb.

The 1998 GMC Jimmy front axle shaft torque specification is 60 pounds. You want to make sure that you do not over torque the axle shaft, as you can ruin the axle bearing.
Axle nut torque specs are 170-203 ft.lbs
2007 Freestar torque is 111 lb. ft / 150nm. on the front axle wheel end nut, as per the 2007 Ford repair manual. I would think the 2004-2006 would be the same since it is basically the same car.
