Priuses, in fact, are now available in other models besides sedans. However, many car models are now available as hybrids. Hyundai, Lexus, Infiniti, Kia, Fisher and Volkswagen are just some brands that now offer hybrid vehicles. They are sold at dealerships alongside the conventional vehicles.
