There isn't one. All fuses are under the hood.
Check the stereo fuses and all wiring connections for any problems. If the wiring and fuses are ok then it is an internal problem and the stereo will need to be replaced.
Two fuses in series could be used as a tap point to pull current to another circuit between the fuses, some times there is a surge fuse designed to blow in the event of an outside voltage surge or a sudden appliance surge due to internal failure.
Possibly an internal short on the fan itself, try replacing the fan.
The Totally Integrated Power Module is located in the engine compartment near the battery. This center contains cartridge fuses, mini-fuses and relays. A label that identifies each component is printed on the inside of the cover

Have you tried checking the fuses? Sometimes odd things are on the same fuse and you might have one that is burnt out.
Mini fuses
Often there are two fuses for an electric dryer. One of them is for the heating element, and the other is for the motors. Check both fuses. If they both are good, the heating element might be bad, or an internal circut breaker might need to be reset.
The difference between MDL fuses and ADL fuses are that MDL fuses are a slow blow fuse with a long time lag. ADL fuses on the other hand, are normal blow fuses with a medium time lag.
