What would happen is when your vechile begins to run and gets warmed up your fluid will splatter all inside the hood of the vechile and your fluid will run low and it will crack your radiator.
If you have cable or sattlelite hook up at your home, you really do not need a digital converter. If you only are using rabbit ears, you really would need a digital conterter box, so you would be able to watch TV.
YES IT WILL
It would be plain stupid to remove the converter. The converter is designed into the engine controls of the vehicle. Removing it wouldn't really increase power because they have very little backpressure. If you want to remove it because its plugged or bad then you could do so but the check engine light would come on and it would never pass a smog test. It won't physically hurt the engine to remove it. Removing the converter is against the law. I would have an aftermarket converter welded in to replace your old one if its bad.
brake light switch would be most common cause
A catalytic converter can be ruined by a engine that is missing and dumping raw fuel into the converter.

Any type of device that would need to be converted from AC to DC power would use a voltage converter. Devices such as televisions, monitors, and other electronic devices could use a voltage converter.
A torque converter itself VERY rarely leaks. It's possible, but HIGHLY unlikely. If you have fluid leaking there, it is most likely the front transmission seal. The casing of the converter itself is basically two halves welded together, if the converter itself is leaking, there is most likely some pretty significant damage, so the leak would be the least of your worries. You can always check by disconnecting the battery and wiping the converter clean with a rag then slowly turning the flexplate. If it really is the converter itself, you will easily be able to see where it is leaking.
There should be no noises near your catalytic converter on your Renault Clio. If there is a noise there is most likely a part that is loose on the converter or near the converter. It may not necessarily be the converter. I would chech around the area also for other noises.
I would not touch it except to install a converter.
