Absolutely a possibility. Same is true with an expired license. If you are alone, there is no legal way for you to drive it and it could be towed, especially if leaving it in that present location presents a traffic hazard for other vehicles.
If there is another licensed driver in the car, they might possible be allowed by the arresting officer to drive from that point forward.
in the State of Indiana you get caught with a suspended drivers license its a bondable offense...that means you get arrested and your car get towed. You have to bond out of jail and receive a court date, go to the place where your car is towed and prove insurance and pay to get the car then have a licensed driver drive it off the lot...have a nice day :)
You will need some valid form of government issue ID, and you will have to have it towed.
Get a fake license made with the fake name!!!lol
yes you can youre insuring the car .... i dont know if you dont have a license because of too many points on your license but you might want to apply for something called a "hardship" license.
If someone without a valid drivers license and without car insurance drives a car that is covered by car insurance, does that insurance pay for that uninsured driver if they have a accident?
your still in trouble since you dont have a License,if you have a mean judge,
