If you didn't receive a ticket, then you won't get any points.
yes,........ tickets are only issued if the police observe an infraction
It depends on who is at fault for the accident. The person that the police determine caused the accident will get the ticket.
If you were changing improperly and that contributed to or caused the accident, then yes, you should receive a ticket - regardless of the aftermath of your actions.
keep your ticket beside you
No.
Yes.
To get a Eon ticket you have to got to a Nintendo Event to receive the Ticket
Depending on the state laws in your state, you can receive a pricey ticket, have your drivers license revoked, have your car impounded, have your tag revoked, have your registration cancelled and these are just assuming you didn't get involved in an accident. If you were in an accident that's another long list.
Can't have points taken away if you do not get a ticket.
I had a fail to yield ticket that caused an accident and paid $214.
I'm not 100% certain on this -but- I don't believe that you receive anything. You complain and the government fines them and collects the fine. Much like the person that hits you in an auto accident. He receives (and pays) a ticket but you don't get any of his ticket money.
