When a head gasket blows, it most often causes a lose of coolant either in the exhaust or the oil. When the coolant drops, there is not enough to circulate through the heater core. The engine may over heat but no heat will come out of the heater because there is no coolant in it.
if it is busted near a water jacket then serious. if between cylinders or on the edge of a cylinder, then you just lose power.
You may have a blown head gasket.. Check the coolant overflow for oily, black residue.
cos youre in the wrong gear.
Head gasket failure, timing belt slipped a notch, turbo shot, loss of compression.
Sounds like you have a blown head gasket. White smoke is coolant burning. Have to remove the head, have a valve job done, and replace with new head gasket. They will clean and check the head for any damage also.
You start to lose compression and coolant is in your oil
