No. 5x114 5x115 will NOT fit a 5x120, a 5x120 gm will fit a 5x120.65 gm, but 1" adapyers should work most later model Ford gm Dodge 120 bolt pattern to 115 bolt pattern..easy to measure to double check the need for a 1.25-1.50" adapter, but you can take up the "push out"(sticking out further than oe wheels) by getting a larger(if you have room) backspace, the use of a spacer(I don't reccomend) and simply finding the right wheel! With the right offset and backspace you require If you HAVE to have that style wheel and they're ONLY available in 5x115..cheers!
