You should do it if you don't have a car to drive, or someone to drive for you. If you can reach school by walking, you can do that, or simply ride your bike. (Which I prefer.) And 1 more reason is, riding your bike is fun! (Unless it's winter!)

If somebody has told you you need a licence to ride a three wheeled bike you shouldn't have to for ANY bike.
