If GCH operating on steam- check trap for particulate plugging or failure. If on hot water, check flow of other radiation and possibly reduce flow to units that are operating "hotter" than others. Is freezing of the pipes to the non-op unit possible? (Don't know where you live, temperature wise). Pump operation could be checked to verify performance relative to the pump "curve" with an ammeter and infrared thermometer (using GPM vs: BTUH formula). Also, if piping is old, and not treated with chemicals to prevent corrosion, the piping could be restricting the flow to this radiator. (Also applies to steam) lc
Top of the radiator just like every other car.
There is a good chance that your radiator cooling fan is not working properly. Some vehicles have a mechanical clutch that causes the radiator fan to operate when the vehicle is stopped or at low speeds. These clutches can wear out and need replacement. Other vehicles have an electric radiator fan that is controlled by a thermostat placed somewhere in the vehicle's engine coolant flow. Electric fans can malfunction and not pull enough air through the radiator to keep it properly cooled. The electric cooling fan's thermostat can go bad too.
vacuum leak?
In a 2002 trailblazer it is located on the bottom of the radiator one the passenger side. Every other model year to my knowlege does not have drain plug.
Is this a statement or a question
By working...Like every other American
you had a leak. you poured a $5 can of high tech bubble gum into your cooling system. You are happy with what it did to the radiator. you are not happy with what it did to the heater core ( the other radiator) that is in your dash unit. Kind of a bad trade, wasn't it?
Not sure what the question is getting at, but yes it does. There is no dedicated coolant radiator specifically for the intake, it shares the same coolant system and radiator as every other water-cooled system in the vehicle's engine.
Nope, bet it was the other way around... Your speedometer stopped working and your check engine light came on. A broken speedometer (don't know what car so I can't pinpoint it) will cause a whole bunch of codes.
He has recently stopped working in Bollywood.
The same as in every other country. The system would collapse.
If its low.. you should check it every two weeks when u go over the other fluids ....
