Front seat headrests are not adjustable.
Most cars with electric powered seat adjusters have no way to adjust them manually. That said, their may be some exotic brands that have both, and some have only an electric drivers seat and a manual passengers seat.
Most cars have a button to push/hold at the base of one of the rails to adjust the head rest. Some luxury/newer cars have power headrests.
All Ford vehicles cannot adjust idle nor timing wich is pre-set at the factory and the computer sets the idle and timing, vehicles after 1990 no longer can be adjusted.
On the drivers side frame rail is the cable adujuster that you can adjust to increase tension on the E brake.
You can adjust the e-brake by taking up the slack in the cables. The adjustment is outside the frame rail, under the drivers side of the vehicle, aprox under the drivers seat.
If you have a cheap camaro YOU ADJUST IT WITH YOUR HANDS if you have a side control on the drivers door where you can switch from L to R side of the mirror then you set!!!
When all else fails, check your Drivers Handbook.
