Clogged drain. Either sunroof drain or possibly one at the cowl panel. Google the problem for your specific car, find out which one has been known to clog then unfold a metal coat hanger and carefully poke it out. be careful though they usually have rubber boots at the top to direct the water and if your just stabbing the hole you can knock that boot off. Good luck
foot valve leaking,
You probably have a a/c leak.
Wet foot in driver area means leaking heater coil. The heater coil unit is usually at the center of the front of the passenger compartment, behind the dash and very close to the floor. Heated radiator water passes through this unit and your vent system and fan are used to force air across this to heat the air in the passenger area.
It will only work properly if you put it very close to the foot valve. In which case you may as well replace the foot valve - it's not difficult to do. If you put it at or near the pump, the pump will just suck air.

If the tub has a shower as well, the pipe from the faucet to the shower head could be leaking. You might also check the tube that comes OUT and fills the tub. It could be leaking back at the valve when you turn on the water.
