You should have a transmission breather on top of transmission and it is plugged. For a cheap price, best to just replace it. Also make sure trans fluid level is checked with engine running in Neutral or park, which ever is specified on the dipstick tube.
It could be overfilled, check owners manual for correct proceedure for checking.

The filler tube has a hole in the side causing the oil to blow out. Remove the filler tube and replace with a threaded plug and the problem will be solved.
Assuming you're looking at the engine where the oil filler tube is to the right, the filter is next to and below the filler tube.
That would depend on whether the engine is 2-stroke or 4-stroke (aka 2-cycle & 4-cycle). If the engine does not have an oil filler tube, it is a 2-stroke and oil must be added to the fuel. If it has an oil filler tube, it is a 4-stroke and oil is added through the filler tube.
if this is azf trans you remove the trans oil pan by removing the 6 bolts around the pan using a 10 mm socket. you refill through the dip stick tube or filler tube

If you have the 01M Transmission, you can remove the level checking plug from rear of trans oil pan. There is a overflow tube inside the plug hole, remove the overflow tube from inside the plug hole. Let ATF fluid drain. re-install the overflow tube. If you are referring to the automatic transmission - - looking at the engine compartment from the grille area - it is way down on the lower left side of the engine. Look hard and you'll find the dipstick and filler tube down there.
