They are self bleeding, all you need to do is crank the engine.
Had a Jeep in the shop here with that problem last week and it turned out to be low fuel pressure. Try running a fuel pressure test. The Jeep would idle ok but when you tried to accelerate the engine would stall.
Low coolant and air in the heater core.

all depends if you do it your self or not if you do it the kit will run you about $250.00 that is the release bearing, clutch and pressure plate
If you have 10 lbs of oil pressure per 1000 rpms, your fine.
check tires for seperation.
