If not, try a 4th time. Have a well charged battery before beginning the procedure. good luck

This is a common problem and usually has an easy fix. 1) Try to start the car. If the "SECURITY" light remains on, proceed to the next step. 2) Leave the key in the "ON" position for 15 minutes. 3) Turn the key to the "OFF" position for 5 seconds (leave the keys in the ignition) 4) Turn the key back to the "ON" position (DO NOT try to start yet) and let set for 15 minutes. 5) Turn the key back to the "OFF" position for another 5 seconds. 6) Turn the key back to the "ON" position again for 15 minutes. This should make your car's computer relearn the resistor value of your key. 7) Turn the key back to the "OFF" position for 5 seconds. 8) NOW turn the key all the way over to "START". This usually clears the old code and programs the new one.

I am assuming the vehicle won't start because the Security System has gone off. If that is the case turn the key to the on position, and leave on for about fifteen minutes. After the fifteen minutes are over, turn to off position than attempt to start the vehicle. I hope this is a help.
To remove a stuck CD out of a CRV Honda stereo a person can try turning the ignition to the accessory position. Next hold down the eject button for a few minutes, release the button and press it again. Another option is to find the fuse for the CD player and remove it. Leave out for 10 minutes than put back in.
