Look closely at the drum - you will see two threaded holes 180 degrees apart. You insert a standard metric stud/bolt in each hole (I believe they are 8mm - but I'm not by my truck right now). As you turn the bolts, the drum will be pushed off the axle. Turn each one a little at a time to ensure the drumcomes off straight. Tapping the drum with a hammer as you twist the screws helps - its the vibration.
You can only do this in park ... Turn off your truck ,apply the parking brake and turn your truck back on .
Normally a brake drum is turned or resurfaced using a brake drum lathe. This is usually done at a shop specializing in brake repair, or at a machine shop. Those who have a suitable metal lathe can also turn brake drums.
Concrete cannot turn into a liquid under normal conditions. However, concrete can behave like a liquid when it is freshly mixed and in its fluid state before hardening. Once concrete cures and hardens, it becomes a solid material that cannot revert back to a liquid state without undergoing significant changes.

there are 2 rubber plugs that pull out on the back of the drum look inside the holes and you will see the star gear, take a brake tool or a screwdriver and turn the gear upward until you feel the brake shoes rubbing on the drum as you turn the drum by hand, adjust all 4 wheels evenly.
